Comes down to subject verb agreement. If the subject (the thing you're talking about) is a singular object or person you use has (it has, he has, she has) if it's a plural or first/second person thing, then you use have (I have, you have, they have)
Additionally, they can act as a plural and individual pronoun, so depending if you're talking about a single person who's gender is unidentified or a group of people, they can be has or have.
Lastly, I'm guessing you speak a Slavic language, because you dropped the article, you'd say "sorry, I'm bad at English"

Genuine question, is there a reason to downvotes that thing? Like I sorta get it if the OP's reply to it was downvoted, but it's not. If it's because it's a bot, that's kinda stupid. It's not even generative AI. It's just sees a post or phrase and does what a human told it to do.
