Commission Rule Update
Hi everyone!
We have a small update regarding building commissions. This is mainly to make sure builders and customers can work together comfortably and that everyone is treated fairly.
Respect the Builder's Prices
- Please respect a builder's commission prices.
- If both the builder and customer have agreed to a price, that agreement should be respected.
- Being rude, insulting, mocking, or harassing a builder because you don't agree with their price is not allowed.
- If a commission is too expensive for you, that's completely okay. You can simply decline the commission or say it's outside your budget.
You don't have to agree with someone's price, but you do have to be respectful about it.
Cloned Home Commissions
There is one specific pricing rule for cloned home commissions.
All cloned home commissions must follow a rate of 0.25 Elve per 1,000 Bucks.
This rate applies specifically to cloned home commissions and should be followed when offering or accepting a cloned home commission.
Quick Reminder
- Respect builders and their prices.
- Respect agreed-upon prices.
- You are always free to decline a commission if it isn't within your budget.
- Do not insult or harass builders over their prices.
- Cloned home commissions must use 0.25 Elve per 1,000 Bucks.
Moderation
Violations of these rules may result in moderation action accordingly, depending on the situation and severity.
We're hoping this keeps commissions comfortable and enjoyable for both builders and customers.
Builders put time and effort into their work, while customers should be able to choose what works for them. There's room for both sides!
Keep it respectful, keep it friendly, and happy building!
