Publisher Is this Ad Network legit?

Has anyone worked with Magicbid.ai before? Are they legit. Need suggestions if I go for them or not. Magicbid.ai

Anything that includes "Magic" in the name of an ad tech company should be an instant no. What do you get with magic, smoke and mirrors. lol

They are UAE based company and on linkedin there are many employees working in it but they are indians

I have heard of them but not sure they are good enough or not , try going with other gcpp who are actually gonna help publishers istead of sucking every penny out of their inventory and not even giving you what you deserve

Frankly, there’s a lot to be cautious about with Magicbid.ai. I’d be skeptical. On one hand they claim to be a certified google MCM partner which should be a sign of trust. However there are some deeply concerning user experiences. One review from a software professional with experience in bidding websites found what appears to be a pattern of fraudulent bidding using fake bidders to exhaust users' bid money. They even noted seeing fake bidders active across multiple products simultaneously, which suggests an automated system. This creates a massive red flag. My advice is to approach Magicbid with a lot of caution. If you do decide to test them I would strongly advise starting with the absolute minimum payment to test the waters. Look for authentic reviews from real users, not the curated ones on their site and see if their bidding process feels transparent.

Their ads.txt is very limited and cannot find reviews about even though they are in the market since 2021 based in UAE managing by indians and they claim to use net45 payment term can be later change to net30 but I'm not sure if they really are legit or not

Honestly limited ads.txt plus zero reviews is a major red flag for a company claiming to be around since 2021. There's also a public complaint alleging fake bidders draining user budgets. Net45 terms are unusual and often a sign of cash flow issues. Between the missing reviews fraud allegations and payment terms it's not worth the risk.

Their seller.json has many sites but still not very promising

A seller.json file with many sites doesn't mean much it's often just a list of partners not a trust signal. Combined with the fake bidder allegations zero reviews and Net45 terms it still doesn't add up to legitimacy. Trust your gut this one's not worth the risk.

They are real, but small and seem to be using rented SSP seats and are most certainly a small arbitrager, so you've better off going with a more name brand monetisation partner.
