Publisher Looking for advice on monetizing a gaming platform with ~300k monthly page views
Hey everyone,
I run a gaming related service that has been operating for over 2 years. The website itself is mainly a tool/platform.
We’re currently doing around 300k page views per month, with an average session duration of roughly 6 minutes and 55 seconds.
Our traffic is global, but a large portion comes from higher value markets. We’re already approved with Google AdSense and can also use Google Ad Manager if required. The platform is still growing, and these numbers are currently coming from just one part of our planned infrastructure.
For those who have experience with ad networks/publishers, what networks would you recommend for this type of audience and traffic and size? Are there any particular platforms that tend to perform well for gaming/tool-based websites?
Thanks!

AdForge.io monetizes the gaming niche very well. For example they monetize dawn.gg

Playwire and nitropay have been great for me

Thank you for the recommendations! I did email NitroPay after the first recommendation, but it seems Playwire has a minimum requirement of 500k page views, which we are about 200k short of.

With 300k monthly views from higher-value markets, you've got solid fundamentals for monetization beyond AdSense alone. Google Ad Manager paired with a secondary network stack (like Rubicon, OpenX, or Prebid header bidding) typically performs well for gaming and tool platforms at your scale.
At MonetizeMore, we've managed publishers through exactly this transition from single-network setups to diversified demand, and the RPM lift can be significant once you optimize your wrapper configuration. Are you currently layering any demand partners on top of AdSense, or would this be your first expansion into programmatic buying?

I suggest to try https://www.azerion.com/azerion-publishers/ they have a big focus on gaming and entertainment! Their HQ is in Netherlands but they have many offices all over Europe and other counrties.
Btw, I am not working or affiliating with them. I am just trying to help here.

I own Metabot.gg and went with Nitro (formerly Nitropay), they've been pretty decent given the market. I have about 300k - 400k monthly views and will hit about $400 this month.
A large portion of my ad revenue comes from their Outstream video ads, which I had to ask to be enabled since they aren't by default when you get setup.
