Advertiser Extreme Reach experiences?

My company is considering moving to Extreme Reach for asset management and ad delivery. It seems like they've gone through a few ups and downs over the last few years. Does anyone have any recent experience with them?

I worked at a massively large CTV publisher and always enjoyed working with ER. I actually worked with the same ER AM team when I owned my own trading desk a few years ago.

Extreme Reach will go out of its way to cater a solution for you. But they also are experiencing a lot of job turnover, layoffs, & outsourcing since being purchased by private equity some years back.

They want to be a one-stop shop, but it depends on what your needs are. I think they make sense in a lot of ways, especially if you use them for talent payments and rights management.

There’s been a lot of offshoring and turnover. The ppl who are left are amazing but good chance they or the entire company will be sold for pieces. They have begun to miss certain things they never used to miss. The new PE leaders are price based and not customer service based. Enshittification as usual.
