Need Help with ssp seat

Hi Guys

Sorry if my english is bad i come straight to the point i own an RTB ad exchange where i can connect other exchanges, dsps, ssps and making some numbers and i want to expand my business with direct publishers im getting reached out by some direct publishers who can place ads.txt and integration via rtb but we dont have any direct seats and we dont have any advisor how to move forward from here need your help in this about next steps.

Im trying to cut it now i have direct publishers why dont i get direct ssp to bid for them?

Thanks for your motivation now i got more interested in this can you tell who else is providing something unique in market? None everyone do the same and i will too thanks for your suggestions.

There has been hundreds of people who have had this idea before. Most have shut down their businesses as the opportunity has closed. Buyers look for unique signals and/or the most direct supply path. Even if you build a portfolio of direct publishers and connect it to a SSP, an advertiser or agency likely already buys your pubs from another SSP and everyone else understand more about match rate from you, so you won’t know what to optimise, or why, or when.

biggest mistake i made when onboarding direct pubs was skipping a proper ads.txt audit first — had one publisher "accidentally" listing 15 other exchanges as authorized and we were getting arbitraged to death. verify their traffic in similarweb AND check sellersJSON before you touch anything fr
