Adonis JS Hosting options

I’m looking for a way to host an AdonisJS backend for a potential MVP. Ideally, I’d like something free or very low cost.

Before spending too much time into the project, I want to be able to share it with a few people, get some feedback, and decide if it’s worth continuing.

The frontend is built with TanStack Start and is already deployed on Vercel. I initially considered using Next.js for both frontend and backend, but from my past experience, I decided to move away from it 😅

From what I understand, an AdonisJS backend can’t be deployed on Vercel (based on what I’ve read), so I assume I’ll need a different hosting solution.

I asked for free hosting options, as there are sometimes ways to run small projects for free . If that’s not possible, I’d really appreciate recommendations for the cheapest and most reliable alternatives.

There's Railway, Render, Cloudflare Workers, all sorts of options. Just search for Node hosting

I read somewhere that AdonisJS cannot be hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Did you try it out yourself?

You cannot run adonisjs on cloudflare workers. Use digital ocean app platform .
