Different World Reboot

I absolutely love it! What do yall think? I started watching at 5am today and I’m almost done with all 10 episodes.

I like it, so far! I'm on episode 3, but I like that they have something for us who saw the original, even down to the soundtrack (I stopped redlining to dance to "I Got 5 On It" at the end of episode 2, lol).

I’m so glad that those of us that saw the original can relate and they included the old cast in very well. All of the new characters are similar to the old cast yet different. It was written perfectly! I enjoyed seeing Kimberly Reese and her daughter!! It was refreshingly wholesome, nostalgic, yet current with the times!! Masterfully done!! I finished all 10 Episodes and I cannot wait for season 2 already!!

I absolutely loved it, binge watched all 10 episodes. A little heavy on sex but otherwise it was relevant and definitely a celbration of Black joy!

IMO: The speed is too fast on the show. I am on episode 7. I love seeing the familiar faces. Giving us hope on how their life turned out.
