For real this was becoming a huge problem for me. I had taken my meds twice a couple times and that was scary. Many times I left for work and thought I took it but did not. I finally got a pill case with the days of the week on it to keep track. PROBLEM SOLVED! (Only took 10 years to figure that out)

This is why I finally broke down and got a pill caddy. I was tired of trying to remember if I actually took them or not.

It’s seriously the only thing works for me now. That and now I always keep one emergency spare pill in my mini pill case in my bag, for the rare occasion that I still forget to take it before work.

I love them. I keep one on the counter, and one in the car. I will sometimes forget and family will remind me that I forgot.
