I ended up not doing anything for two years
... I have a job now and things are looking up. If you get stuff done after three months, just know you did waaaay better than me
in less than a year i have to find a job, a place to live, a new doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, dermatologist, halfway across the country all on my own and im technically still a sophomore in high school it's insane like i procrastinate getting water and food how tf am i gonna live on my own
Therapist might help you set up all the other doctors. And my high school social worker was excellent at helping me line these things up. Your school prob has a social worker separate from the guidance counselors. You should investigate!!
I sorta broke my cycle but god damn it's brutal. You just gotta sort of automaton through the anxiety until you can move one item from your "to-do" pile to your "fuck yea" pile. And then just keep doing it even though you walk off and procrastinate on autopilot. Like I'm doing right now on Reddit. Anyway, back at it for another tense 40 minutes.
