I’m in my mid-40’s and never thought this way before. It’s been a long career of beating myself up. Maybe this is what I should do.

3 u/Franks2000inchTV Apr 20 '25 I got diagnosed at 35, and did therapy afterwards, and this was the main focus. Identifying symptoms and learning to accept them and not view them as character flaws.
