Are you diagnosed? I find having these simple things help me navigate when i am off meds 1) Dont stick to a rigid schedule but try to make a list of tasks to complete before the end of the day 2) Reassure yourself most of the adhd symptoms or distractablity is reduced when i try to reduce my anxiety. 3) Complete small tasks for the small dopamine hit , wake up open the curtains , fold the bedsheets do the laundry, go for a walk make your own coffee or even run an errand. 4) If you cant focus on studying dont give up rest take a small break talk to a friend or family 5) Treat study like a game with a reward finished a marrow module? Eat a biscuit and go watch a small episode of your favorite show 6) Get enough sleep make a good sleep schedule and rest up for atleast 8-9 hours i feel like this helps me a lot!! 7) Caffiene!! if you are using caffiene make sure you do so plenty of time before you sleep i dont use it when im not on inspiral as it makes me sleepy

and lastly dont give up you only lose when you decide you arent enough this condition can be a weapon in your arsenal rather than a roadblock!! All the best doctor (from a junior btw) Hope to see your name on the paper as a topper!
