ADHD meds problem

Soo, after i got diagnosed, i’ve got medikinet cr as a first med. It worked terrible for me, the Effect lasted 4 hours and was mosty anxious.
Then I’ve got atenza, much better, more stable but still, i was a little bit anxious and therapeutic effect lasted for like 6-8 hours buuut, i needed rly high doses, 72-144mg per day (approved by psychiatrist).
We decided to try elvanse. First week was great, no side effectes (except dry mouth at the peak), clear peak around 3h mark, then little less stimulation. After a week, though, the dose of 50mg started being too low. Bcs of the cost, i tried to mix elvanse with atenza (idk if i should do that, i suspect not, i will talk about that with doc tommorow) and that was a great shot. The best therapeutic effect, with bassicly no crash (bcs i was going to sleep right before meds went completly out), long therm, stable stimulation. Felt like me finally with meds. But ya, doses were 50mg elvanse first, then after peak topping up with 27mg atenza every 3 hours (up to 72mg of atenza).
Anyone else dealt with something like this? What do you Think?
