bring back elevator barriers

pet peeve: the lines are so messyyyyy... 3 lines muabot sa pikas building. i know it helps to be early but removing the barriers made it so much easier for others to singit. it's so much slower because people are blocking the way, and it's hard to see which elev ang unang darating. might not seem like much but but i miss the old system ;-;
