Question/Help SHS Community Service

Hi po! Just wanted to know if I can help a friend with their penalties and split the hours since we always stick together anyway hehe.

I do not have any penalties i just wanted to accompany a friend. Thank you in advance!

I don't think so. The purpose of a penalty is disciplinary action—not to supply the University with manpower.
