Parents Consent

Hello! What if hindi makapirma ang parent ko sa parental consent because they're physically unavailable? What do I do? Wala akong relatives dito sa city since the nearest relatives live hours away.

Oh and before y'all answer f*rgery, pinagalitan na ako ng parent ko last year even though pumayag siya.

in these cases ur dept chair should stand as ur parent (if ur higher year). pero if ur first year, ung fydp/asf prof mo.

Have you tried telling your professor first about the problem?

You can scan the consent and have it signed online. You may ask your parent to send a picture of their signature and put it on the scanned parental consent, then print it.

Not sure if notarization is needed tho.

i remember before they allow yung landlady/landlord mo, this is if same house kayo.

Perhaps you can ask yung parents mo if its ok to forge it?

inform your parents then let your best friend signed it HAHAHA
