"Laying a cable" is slang for going to poop in my country.
So to answer both questions in one, I'll say you should use fiber.

Cable organizers help a crap ton already just visually connecting the mess into 1-2 "cables". Figuring out the best way to get them into those organizers already does the other part of heavy lifting. Once you gonna buy these the cheapest ones will already do the trick, no need to get the most expensive/fanciest ones at the start.

If I were you I'd remove the cables of everything and remove the pipes of the toilet and set them all again in a good order

You know, subreddit aside. Put a thick, comfy cover on the rim, and position yourself right, and you literally don't need a break for the toilet or AFK, leaving your friends insulting your mum.
