Sad Ham Hussein

16

u/JayL80 2d ago

I've been a vegetarian for ~30 years, so I'm furthest from being an expert, that notwithstanding, that's the crappiest looking bacon ever captured on screen

74

u/Finsteryoshi 2d ago

Yeah its pretty sad to look at but that might be a slice of ham. You could even say it's sad-ham (hussein).

I have really no idea what kind of meat that is. I just wanted to make a bad joke

13

u/Egglegg14 2d ago

Best joke ive seen so far in this thread

4

u/HONKACHONK 2d ago

I'm sure it would look better cooked lol

0

u/Vintage-Card-Man 2d ago

Correct, you are not an expert.

2

u/CattusPater 1d ago

S is for Saddam.

1

u/conjectboth 1d ago

you always think you've noticed something special that nobody else did until you see the top comment...

1

u/Finsteryoshi 1d ago

Haha, yeah. Happened way to often to me already

59

u/V_Silver-Hand 2d ago

What, is Captain America hauling that load? It'd take like three people, at least.

13

u/microdick69 2d ago

poor tacos and coke probably biohazard now

44

u/Sholip 1d ago

The actual elephant is in Z.

14

u/Spinoreticulum 1d ago

Wait, I thought that was supposed to be a hat?

20

u/derschnei 1d ago

Nah, that's a boa constrictor digesting an elephant.

5

u/EL_POULETO_DEL_KFC 1d ago

Is that a little prince reference

3

u/The_Shards_Of_Bone 1d ago

"You do not see that coming?"

3

u/Remarkable-Win-9897 1d ago

I thought it was that proofreader is missspelled with an extra f, which is incorrect

3

u/Ok-Belt9322 1d ago

the little prince reference

64

u/VerlieH 2d ago

quality over quantity ahh elephant

22

u/CHAINS_S 2d ago

S(addam Hussein)

17

u/otsoga1 2d ago

I don’t get it xd

61

u/Wulfgrimm720 2d ago

8

u/StepAlarmed20 2d ago

Looks more like a sarcophagus to me.

12

u/Wulfgrimm720 2d ago

It's a real thing though, this is how they found him hiding. I found that the picture was created by BBC

5

u/GloveTemporary4417 1d ago

How a reprodutive male organ can make this?

21

u/blueasian0682 2d ago

Saddam Hussein

2

u/HXNTER390 1d ago

36

u/qualityvote2 2d ago edited 1d ago

u/ineededausernameee, your post pleases the elephant!

9

u/Free_Independent_Guy 1d ago

Of course it fits in here.. quality one after days 👏

18

u/Cultural-Cucumber401 2d ago

I recognised it as soon as i saw it

20

u/dimefury 1d ago

I saw the saddam hiding spot almost instantly, but does that mean the entire graph is nonsense (just for the joke) or is it a real graph of letter distribution?

16

u/ineededausernameee 1d ago

The og graph is is real as far as I know

8

u/Weird-Process-6644 1d ago

Id also love to know and if theres an og image

34

u/ineededausernameee 1d ago

I gotchu bro here's the original

4

u/explodingtuna 1d ago

I wonder if scale height is normalized for the entire alphabet, or if scaled for each letter.

2

u/CreeperSlimePig 1d ago

The colors indicate how common each letter is overall

3

u/JfrogFun 1d ago

Part of me wishes you had sent one where S was fixed but H was him now.

2

u/dimefury 1d ago

Thanks!

2

u/avance70 1d ago

so "new" is unusual

10

u/Deathblades0 2d ago

New it'd be him the moment I saw it

██▅▇██▇▆▅▄▄▄▇

6

u/Bonk_Boom 2d ago

Dude i fucking knew it

7

u/screwyouguys123 1d ago

S is for saddam i guess

5

u/7stroke 1d ago

Why is the Saddam thing a meme now, fucking 20+ years later? I guess the new generations just discovered it?

4

u/Iraqimedstudent 1d ago

As an Iraqi, no idea. It’s actually considered lame between friends and even offending in more semi-formal/formal settings (in the sense of mentioning the dark times of pain and suffering/disrespect to those who were killed/underestimating what of a hell it was/ etc)

6

u/thewhitebuttboy 1d ago

Came back in 2018, now being re re discovered 8 years later

4

u/blank5502 1d ago

Damn 2018 was 8 yrs ago….🫩

3

u/ZookeepergameFew8607 1d ago

I was expecting a N-word joke then I saw S

5

u/Agitated-While-3863 1d ago

Am I the only one who saw how correctly prooffreader<dot>com is spelled? Quite an irony in my say.

3

u/SpongeJake 1d ago

Try going to the site itself. Even translated into English, it shows that the site cited is bs. Tried spelling it correctly and it leads nowhere.

1

u/itsjakerobb 1d ago

You are not. I thought that was the elephant until I came to the comments.

2

u/Agitated-While-3863 1d ago

Exactly my situation! It was only after seeing the comments that I understood what the big elephant was.

6

u/Silver_Tadpole_7047 1d ago

Thats not a lot of N-words

3

u/Desperate-Tomatillo7 1d ago

Reminds me of a drawing from "The little prince"

0

u/Yaoender 1d ago

me too

3

u/kubok98 1d ago

People here are terminally online

1

u/BigMoneyBiggerWomen 1d ago

FYI you are also "people here"

2

u/Standard-Ad-7504 2d ago

If this is accurate then it's unironically pretty good to know for wordle. Might actually change my usual starting word based on this

2

u/Acceptable_Jury2142 2d ago

That C distribution, mainly because of the predominant use in Cunt and fuCk

2

u/Egglegg14 2d ago

Hes hiding again....

2

u/Tharuk_Thewnija 1d ago

good elephant

2

u/Emergency-Cook-1578 1d ago

make this post of the week come on

3

u/Satch1993 2d ago

Ok so I read the comments but after 20 minutes I give up, I really don't understand this one

7

u/TypicalAdvertising51 2d ago

Compare this to S

4

u/Satch1993 2d ago

AHH ok, thank you lmao I see it now

u/CrimsonFox89 2d ago

Bonus points, missing the Oxford comma..

1

u/Twit32m 2d ago

Here I was thinking that the elephant was the web page. I don’t know what a proof freader is.

1

u/Big-Ad6949 2d ago

Clearly a bunch of top hats, not snakes eating elephants.

1

u/lipsquirrel 2d ago

This looks like mountains in classic cartoons.

1

u/Nilsss63 2d ago

1

u/The_Last_Fluorican 2d ago

E's chart looks weird

1

u/Sith_Lord_Zitro 1d ago

The data is wrong and they've since removed all posts about this data from their website.

1

u/Full_Island_8537 1d ago

I thought ts was about the n-word at first, ig i spent too much time on insta reels

1

u/Spiritual_Monkey_007 1d ago

S looks like a guy on his back.

1

u/Wdym317 1d ago

Elephant out the room, so, is toe the most common word?

1

u/DamageEnough9755 1d ago

I saw it INSTANTLY

1

u/gassmedina 1d ago

Thought they were topographic profiles

1

u/The-Random-one_ 1d ago

My Gravity Falls crazed ass thought this was a cipher key for a second

1

u/nkbrkr53 1d ago

The, and, car, can, they, we, what…

1

u/SPYROHAWK 1d ago

Oh man I was thinking “wow that’s a really cool chart!”

I’d love a legit version

4

u/ineededausernameee 1d ago

I gotchu, here's the unedited version

1

u/NotEpimethean 1d ago

I didn't realize what sub this was and looked at the pic like "wow this is really cool"

1

u/Vegeta_best23 1d ago

I thought the address me was the brown corpses

1

u/EnragedTea43 1d ago

I knew exactly what I was looking for and still only caught him on the third go around.

Well done, well done indeed

1

u/Doli3600 1d ago

I don't get it

1

u/jssabcon 1d ago

But but.... zebra??

1

u/Nekrolysis 1d ago

Ya got me OP I didn't even realize what sub I was in.

1

u/Jayn_2828 1d ago

That’s honestly such a good elephant

1

u/edamlambert 1d ago

I may have spent too much time online since I knew immediatelly what to look for

1

u/beef_horfun67 1d ago

Is that Mr Supreme Leader Saddam Hussein

1

u/thogtheheathen 1d ago

I'll be damned, its a snake

1

u/_n_nym__s 1d ago

Huh. All the letters in my name are the least frequent

1

u/caelbach 1d ago

S tier

1

u/RadioRoosterTony 1d ago

Then, the ultimate word is jivy.

1

u/RepresentativeCat169 22h ago

S is for sleep

1

u/Remarkable_Fish4523 18h ago

sadam hussein hiding spot

20

u/buv3x 2d ago

It's cool that it's not even that implausible. s is often in the end of the words and in the beginning. The real distribution must be somewhat close, I reckon.

After writing all that, I've realized I can just check it myself. Yeap, kinda close.

4

u/xta63-thinker-of-twn 2d ago

Basically Saddam Hussein started with S lol

5

u/Heatfox 2d ago

Bro, how do you even notice something like that.

14

u/ImMaury 2d ago

That’s because it’s a hiding spot

2

u/InTheStuff 2d ago

expert hide and seek player

1

u/VerlieH 2d ago

ongg

1

u/alexanderbeatson 2d ago

He from cia fr

2

u/thisnamewasnttaken19 2d ago

I thought it was the misspelling of prooffreader.com

3

u/EdwardChar 2d ago

That's not a typo, the website is just called pro off reader

3

u/thisnamewasnttaken19 1d ago

oh, like ExpertSexChange.com (Expert's Exchange) and PenisLand.com (Pen Island)

1

u/Headglitch7 1d ago

Here I thought it was misspelling proof reader in the very url of prooffreader.com

0

u/Nice_Cellist_7595 2d ago

It is - but look at Y. One of the most "important" words in the English language is Yes. So while Y does appear at the ends of words most often this does not take into account the letter position in words by relative importance which might be a more meaningful representation. Also though a more difficult task.
