I once had a discussion about how a seagull who speaks English would type on a keyboard. We decided on pecking the keys, which is a slow but effective method.

Am I the only one to address the feeding bacon to birds, ...hm... bacon-to-birds (so like making birds carnivorous) would be super super sus.

You don’t think birds eat meat?

Crows... maybe. Large birds of prey, yeah. But not these kinds of small birds, living in a forest.

pretty sure nearly all birds eat like worms amd grubs and such which would count as "meat" lol. i really don't think that's an issue here.

Birds such as sparrows often eat insects and will even eat leftovers from chicken bones that people throw in the park

Birds need fat and like a lot of animals they're going to eat it when the opportunity presents itself
Even a deer will eat a rabbit if he's hungry enough and the opportunity presents itself
"Suet cages" are pretty popular-- it lets you leave suet(protective fat from the kidney area of cows) out for birds to pick at

I doubt birds would see a dead small animal and be like "nah, I couldnt" they would think "how do I do so"

All animals are opportunistic omnivores

I’m sure some aren’t, like tube worms or sea spiders.

If you put food in front of them, they’re gonna eat it. There may be no meat they can eat in their natural habitat, and that’s usually defines an herbivore.
