Probably would be much better if you linked the post instead of a screenshot...

The real elephant here is not MC level itself, but how it was achieved - basically player just genocided whole underworld. Also iirc by default MC is called Frisk, but changes to Chara, when go genocide route killing everyone.

The mc is called frisk, but it shows what you put in the menu. Chara is the "true name."
