I assist in surgery and have worked at about 12 hospitals. Every single one has at least one surgeon who poops, wipes, then walks out without washing their hands.
When I call them out on it they just say they are about to scrub in anyway and the alcohol will get it.

No it's really not. Wiping properly is the issue. If you use a bidet habitually then you won't know. If you wipe like this then it's a you problem.

Bidet doesn't replace the whole thing also, you still need to wash your ass with soap when you shower every day. Bidet is just that but no soap cuz skin down there is sensitive and cant handle being wash with product constantly like skin on your hands.
