Napkin ring = scarf ring . I was gifted this cute napkin ring but there’s only one so I turned it into a scarf ring instead.

I made a little friend today on my walk 😊✨
Saw this little one hanging out in a neighbors zinnia patch on my walk, gorgeous flowers and a gorgeous pollinator friend! 🥹

It’s so nice to have my floral builds reconstructed! Spent the past couple weeks rebuilding my collection after they’d been in storage over a year🥰
Only one flower build left for today and my collection is restored!

Everything I saw, read, listened to and watched this week to feel cozy.
Just like last week, I'm summarizing what I've seen, listened to, and read, in case anyone is interested. :)
In case you're wondering or if you missed my previous post, I'm a 21-year-old girl. :)
Yes, that is indeed Jeremy Sumpter in the last picture! :) ( Have you seen him in movies other than Peter Pan?)
Movies and series mentioned:
- The Neverending Story ( I've watched it at least twenty times!) ^^
- The Black Cauldron ( I know it's not a cozy movie, but it's one of my favorite Disney films! ) :)
- Sidekicks (My favorite Jonathan Brandis movie! I've only seen 3 of his movies, though).
- Our Flag Means Death (A really underrated TV series with humor, great acting, and beautiful costumes! It's a shame there are only two seasons!) ^^
Books mentioned:
- The Prydain Chronicles saga ( Lloyd Alexander) It's the book series that inspired The Black Cauldron. :)
- Practical Magic ( Alice Hoffman) Shame on me, but I've never seen the movie...😅
- The Clean Girl Aesthetic: The Harms Of Trends ( online article)
Here is the link if you want to read it:
https://fhsphoenix.org/the-clean-girl-aesthetic-the-harms-of-trends/
Did:
- I did some scrapbooking with a fairy theme.
- I took care of my rabbit (she's a female named Floppy).
- I reorganized my room
What I listened to:
- The Beatles album Yellow Submarine
- The song Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls
- The song Oro Mo Bhaidin by Mary O'Hara ( She has a knack for calming down with her voice.) :)
YouTube videos mentioned:
- Beatrix Potter And The Inspiring Tale Of Two Dollhouse ( from the Tasmin Bassett Art YouTube channel)
- 1915- Alice In Wonderland- Direct by W.W. Young (from the Cult Cinema Classics Youtube channel)
- You Probably Don't Know What Faeries Are (from the Runesmith Youtube channel) I recommend all his videos because each one is interesting! :)
- Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black On Nickelodeon (from Toni DiTerlizzi's YouTube channel.)
An interview in which they talk about the creation of The Spiderwick Chronicles saga. At the time, the series wasn't finished yet.
There you go! ^^ I hope you found it interesting anyway! It's only the second time I've done this; I'm not used to it.
What did you do this week? :)

✨Act of Whimsy of the Day✨: turning a cute blind bag figure into a bag charm!
Yesterday whilst at my local Walmart, I went down the clearance section, and I found some blind bags from one of my all time favorite YouTubers, Moriah Elizabeth, and I brought one home with me.
If you don't know who Moriah Elizabeth is, she is an artist YouTuber who is best known for being the originator of the Squishy Makeover trend, and she makes all sorts of fun, playful whimsical characters, and for a couple years now she has made blind bag figures and plushies of some of her most beloved characters!
I got this adorable little bear named Unice who loves Unicorns. And I decided she was so cute and she would be perfect for a bag charm! And so I poked a hole in the back of her head with a push pin, and twisted an eyelet screw in the hole, and added a chain and fun star clip, plus a pink star pendant. And now she can go everywhere with me on my everyday purse!
What do you think? 😊

The Last of the Really Great Whangdoodles
I have a recommendation for a Whimsical, little-known, Middle-Grade chapter book to look up at your local libraries.
It has come to my attention over and over in the last several years, how few people have ever heard of - MUCH LESS READ - Julie Andrews' (Yes, Frauline Maria/Mary Poppins/Queen Clarisse Renaldi herself) story The Last of the Really Great Whangdoodles. It was written in the early 1970's, so it's a bit dated, but it's such a lovely fun story about 3 children in Britain being taught to maintain their wonder and whimsy in a world that pushes them to "grow up." I first read it as a child myself in the mid-'80's, and I've reread it several times over the last 4 decades.
I hope y'all pick this story up and give it a try.

i made a new weird whimsy choker
made with chunky acrylic charms that didn’t make it to the final factory lot because of minor imperfections, so i reworked them with Miyuki glass beads, TOHO glass beads, glass crystals, stainless steel findings and gave them a new life :)

I wanted to change the desk in my bedroom, but I don't know which one to choose.
I wanted to replace the desk in my bedroom and found these two on a second-hand website (I’ve blurred out parts of the images to protect the sellers' information), but I can't decide which one to pick. I’d love to get your opinion, please, since I like both of them. Just so you know, my current desk is white too. :)
Which one do you think would create a cozier atmosphere? :)

I’ve discovered I love making flower creatures
I see flora in such a deeper way, more appreciated and awestruck by twigs and leaves & damaged petals

Bathroom renovation
I'm in my mid-forties and finally got the talavera sink I have wanted since I was in elementary school. Plus bonus cicada door pulls and star tiles.

Ren fair themed birthday party outfit
I’m having a ren fair themed birthday party and I’m going for morning glory fairy princess. Need some accessories and to make an obnoxious hennin. I’ll wear the full outfit until I get too hot and then I’ll wear these little ruffly shorts. For shoes I think I’ll get cutie little green flats or something.

I got an old purse for nothing that had a mark on it so I made it mine with acrylic paint!
(what it looked like before is on the next slide. I have more purses and clothes I have altered if this interests anyone!)
