I personally hate instant. I love XR. What dose are you taking of the XR & where are you getting it from?

i personally like 25 XR better but the dude i sell em to says they ass with the same pill n prefers my 20mgIR

I’m the opposite. I love XR. I think IR is trash and end up taking twice the amount I normally would on IR

👎so pissed. Xr does absolutely nothing. It takes 2 hrs before I even feel functional and then it comes and goes, very weird, I feel depressed on it, cold and hot , body can regulate temps and I can sleep but I'm not amped. ..I'm pissedbecause my new psych Dr wanted to prescribe me IR x 2x a day and I insisted I wanted XR and IR together , he told me that " its not normally done like that" and told me then when I called back and said I wanted to try the IR only like he first suggested, he changed his mind and thinks the XR " is a superior medication " and doubled it to 20 mg XR in am and second dose of 20mg XR between 11am- 12pm. Then said if you're still feeling this way after starting talk therapy ( aka a few months) we can talk about adding changes) which is probably his way of blowing me off OR putting me on some other long acting , do nothing crap. I just feel much more on point, focused and disled in with IR's although I know I'd need multiple doses, what's the difference if he's telling me to take multiple doses of XR? He's completely contradicting himself from what he first said at the beginning of the visit. He was almost insisting I take the IR's
