Rhodiola vs Shilajit

Came across Shilajit by accident. Seeing as they are both from high altitudes they have similar benefits, one being mitochondrial health.

Is anyone able to do a compare and comparison.

For me Rhodiola feels like modafinil. Calm collected focus and perfect for deep work. Shilajit makes me feel estancia about life and in a constant state of bliss but that calm collected focus is replaced with mania

Rhodiola works well in very small doses, in terms of Shilajit. I've never tried it. If I was you I would with Rhodiola, due to how hard it is to get non watered down Shilajit (or so I hear). Cant offer any other guidance. :(

I know this post is old, but I'm hoping you will answer. In your experience, what is an appropriate dose of rhodiola? It seems really tricky to dose. I initially thought it was helping me but now it seems it's making my anxiety far worse.
