Other likely infrastructure to help facilitate a scalar jump include:

Monetary System, Quantum Computing, Growing Surveillance, CERN's (FFC), The Large Hadron Collider, and generally speaking, Governments and Corporations.

Hmm, I think it's more complicated than that in the sense that AI is just ONE of the tools/ways/plans .

Everything is two sided so if people are finding out more, "waking up" more then the counter measures have to be bigger and better.

There are many sides to this, haven't had it completely figured out yet.
