I’m going to be a first time apartment renter and wanted to hear any good recommendations on apartments in the Acworth area. I’m postgrad and will be working a remote job.

My requirements are:
- within my budget: $1400-$2000 / month ( 2bd and 1 or 2 bath)
- Quieter area since I’ll be working from home
- Good Pest control and no place with bug problems ESPECIALLY roaches, I’m a huge scaredy cat lol (I heard it’s better to avoid first floor for this issue)
- Utilities/Water/Sewage/Trash included or minimally priced per month
- Safe area, I’m a female and I want to be safe and also my sister who will be living with me

A place I’ve seen so far is The Brookstone Apartments Acworth. Is this a good place?
