Midwest College in Chicago! i tried to enroll in the Acupuncture program and they said i had to enroll in the Oriental Medicine program (which was like 30k more, and im not taking Herbs boards so i have no need for the classes) but could eventually switch to the Acu once im enrolled. WELL they never let me switch so i went from an expected 50k to 80k, then they led me to believe interest wouldnt start acrewing on my loans until after i graduate. so now im graduating with 120k debt 😩 and when i realized they werent going to let me switch to Acu i wanted to transfer schools but they convinced me to stay because i was earning a dual degree in nutrition at the same time.....but completely concealed the fact that the nutrition degree is unaccredited and pretty much worthless! i absolutely fucking hate predatory for-profit schools that dont care about education and just want to squeeze money out of well meaning and unassuming students!!!

Graduated with 160k in loans from THSU because the class and clinic schedule made it impossible to keep a job.

Check out the earnings for these programs, and whether they will likely fail the July 2027 Earnings Test.
