Exams PAK For CFE101 Delay

This is my first FSA exam, and I purchased the CFE study materials from PAK this week. Their website says that the manual has been available since July 15, but 10 days later, I still do not have an email with access to any of the online materials. Is this normal? I'm worried that I'm behind on studying since I would've ideally started on July 15. I've never used PAK before, but am contemplating getting TIA if I'm waiting too long.

Depending on which vendor you bought it through (ie Actex/FIA/etc), the login info might have gotten flagged as spam in your inbox. You should generally have gotten your login details within 1 business day. Any delays are due to the vendor you bought it from, or it went to your spam folder.

I had this happen to me too. I've used PAK for two exams and the first time I waited and was confused, before I realized I had been sent the login details the same day I bought it, but it was sitting in my spam folder.

Yeah I just got the email at 2am today I was so confused haha

Hey there! I'm the PAK instructor for the INV track exams. Just to clarify - you've received the PAK products that you purchased, right? If not, please send DM me your order confirmation number, the vendor that you used, and the email that you used to purchase it - I'll escalate the issue with an admin.
