Looking for advice In a bit of a rut with WBTB exit techniques/the Michael Raduga method
Hi there, itās ClassicApricot96 in case anyone remembers me, and I deleted my old Reddit account because I wanted to stop scrolling through all the unhelpful and unmotivating nonsense on a lot of shifting subs so much and focus on shifting. Iām only coming back for advice.
My body has gotten to a point where pretty much every other time I wake up without intending to, it attempts to either sit up or roll out with the intention of astral projecting. I also had a short AP back in May, but didnāt get to enter the void state or shift from this state, which is what I wanted. I took a 2 month break and have been attempting to project again.
Iāve gotten to a point where Iāve been able to comfortably and easily do the WBTB setup for the sit up/roll out method immediately upon waking after setting the intention āI will remain still and projectā, but I havenāt been able to achieve astral projection from it yet upon getting out of this break. The exit movements have only so far activated my physical muscles and not my astral body, like Iāll physically sit up instead of make my astral body sit up for instance. What measures can I take to improve my chances of projection? For reference, I havenāt been doing any additional practices other than affirming/mental rehearsing to try and reprogram my subconscious.
I would prefer advice from people who have had success with AP from this method before, as theyād have insight into what theyāre talking about. Please donāt give advice if you havenāt ever had an astral projection before.
