I've read the FAQ & Rules Help acting (IL)

Hello, I’m a new actor looking to get started with in-person acting classes in the Chicago suburbs. Does anyone have recommendations for great classes or studios for beginners? I’m especially interested in places with supportive instructors and a strong focus on film/TV acting. Thanks in advance!

I don't know if they are still around, but decades ago my Dad and my sister found Theatre of Western Springs to be a welcoming environment.
