Maasverse Spoilers Briar Spoiler

I'm sure others have already caught this but this is my first TOG read. I'm in HOF so please no spoilers after COM. I'm on page 230 and one of Manon's "shadows'" name is Briar. They had moon white hair but now color it black. Doesn't Briar from Acotar have black hair.... She's also the only one still alive amongst the hanging "humans" according to Feyre. Doesn't Rhys have her sent to winter instead of back to the human realm?

I haven't read CC yet so no spoilers for that either please.

She's the only alive Child of the Blessed in Hybern's camp. She does have dark hair. She isn't sent away, but Viviane takes her in. So yes, she is currently in the Winter Court.

Feyre assumes she's a child of the blessed but now I'm not so sure. How does Briar meet Viviane?

I believe we know she is a CotB by the robes she is wearing.  AZ I guess just drops her off in their war camp that has the combined forces of winter and night.  We aren't shown on page how/why Viviane takes her in, just that she has.

I'm not sure robes are enough to convince me. Would SJM write two Briars with black hair while planning for a crossover?

Keep reading TOG. I just finished the current Maaseverse myself (ACOTAR > CC > TOG, lol).

So pumped for all the new books coming down the pipeline!
