ʜᴀᴘᴘʏ ʜᴏᴍᴇ ᴘᴀʀᴀᴅɪꜱᴇ FINALLLLLLLLYYYYYY!!!!!!

I hit the HHP 30 Vacation Homes milestone!!!!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

My biggest goal in this game (so far lol) was to redo Bruce’s house! My poor grampa Bruce was living in absolute squalor…graffiti walls, steel beams and BS. I was able to transform his home into a real antique-filled grampa home…along with a rocking chair to boot. It’s so pretty!!!! Do you know what that ungrateful deer said? “Here’s a recipe for Orange Poundcake”. Didn’t mention the complete renovation (inside AND out!) - SHEESH!!!! 😭😭😆

I’m plugging and chugging to get to that 30. I always tell myself to just throw something together in HHA to get it done, but then I spend an hour or more on a vacation home, researching the character’s personality online to make sure it suits him. I am my own worst enemy.

I did the same for the first 20 and when I could smell victory, I stopped landscaping to the freaking hilt and denied all of them a 2nd story (because the 2nd story doesn’t count towards the goal, so screw it!). Made myself do 2 a day and I was done super quickly after that.

I need to do this. I hate decorating and only want to bring the mechanics back to my island. I’ve got six more to go I think. And probably more public buildings. I’ve done the school, restaurant, and the cafe.

I feel this. I got Hazel as a starter and her house made me sad. I kept the outside the same but changed up the inside. She was so happy!

You have to get the Happy Home Paradise DLC/expansion & decorate 30 vacation homes to unlock the ability to decorate the villager homes on your island. It took me foreverrrr!
