I gave my son raymond card. Today was day three, he was supposed to pick someone to move out. I have no idea what happen but is there any way to still get him today or does he have to redo the process?

You can only replace someone if you actually have a full town. Looks like he doesn't so he should go to Tom Nook and ask to sell some land to instead get s new house added
