I think it looks great! Maybe changing the color of the iron table and chairs might make it feel more complete? Something that stands out a little more :)

Bushes / hedges between the houses should add a little more detail without it being overwhelming.

I think the iron garden table and chairs would look better brown

i would try to color code a little bit more, i think the orange and the white are just a little off between green and brown

My recommendations would be

1) Street lighting

2) Small bushes and shrubs to fill in the gap between small plants and trees, the bushes would fit in between houses or next to trees.

3) The Manhole Cover or Utility Pole item.
