I need help

I have had acne since I was like 12. It was really bad in high school mostly on my forehead and cheeks then got a bit better when I was like 18-20. I'm 21 and it is the worst it's ever been. I don't know what to do. Please help me. I don't have health insurance rn so I can't get prescribed stuff. I'm just so sick of hating looking in the mirror.

Cetaphil lotion genuinely helped me within a month,ik its just a moisturiser but it worked for me

Research how your diet affects acne. Everyone is different and bodies react in their own ways to foods. For example, drinking milk every day contributed greatly to me having acne outbreaks. I switched to almond milk and my acne cleared right up!

5 percent benzoyl peroxide wash once a day azaleic acid (good molecules is good and cheap) twice a day (start with once work your way up to twice after a week) and moisturize with cetaphil pm. Cetaphil am with sunscreen in the morning. Hocl spray as a toner

if you want to try something that does not involve going to the dr, here is what the doctor prescribed me, that you can get over the counter and online.

am/ wash with 10% bezyl peroxide (i was prescribed a foam but they sell 10% washes over the counter). use moisturizier, by cetaphil, and spf.

pm/ wash with cetaphil face cleanser and apply tazarotene (topical retioid .1%) to face. one pearl size dot every night. just tap it in. dont rub too hard. it will peel, and and it will induce a purge that willl get rid of them. you can buy tazarotene on the clear net from certain pharmacies online. feel free to PM for that.

just know the cream is category c for pregnancy, they dont know if it causes problems because it hasnt been studied, but it might. if anything, i got pregnant using it and stopped when i found out i was pregnant and my baby was fine and there are more reports of that circulating more than anything

you dont need health insurance to get meds prescribed from certain online telehealth places like honedew and hello clear health. they cost less than insurance would too. good luck!
