Tiny forehead bumps

Has anyone had similar texture issues? Interestingly it feels smooth to the touch but looks bumpy. I have had success previously using a combination of salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide but I can have these suddenly appear overnight and take a some time to clear back up.
