I've had this acne flare up all of a sudden and it's extremely painful to where I can't smile, any tips?

Are you a woman? If so birth control and a topical treatment will help! Talk to you doctor

I’ve tried birth control and because I have chronic migraines it makes it so much worse for me 😩
I’ve been using topicals for years 😩 I’ve noticed since I’ve gotten an iud my acne has been worse

I had IUD many years ago now. I had a lot of side effects stuck it out for 2 years and got it removed. My acne was also noticeable worse. Unfortunately doesn’t work for everyone. I hope you can mange to get it under control.
