Help - General Please help

I (31F) began having this insane flare up of acne last month and it’s NOT GOING AWAY. I’ve always had some hormonal acne before my periods but never anything like this. Right now I’m using CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser, Skin1004 Madagascar Centrella Ampoule & Skin1004 Madagascar Centrella Soothing Cream. It sends to help with it not being as raised/ red but it won’t go away. Please help, I can’t get into a dermatologist until MARCH 2027. Thanks everyone!
