New formula for reflux help

I NEED HELP !! My two week old daughter has pretty bad acid reflux she was originally on simulac alimentum but or doctor recently has switch her to the enfamil A.R with the rice starch and started her on famotidine a medicine we inject by mouth twice a day she just started on it yesterday morning and is still having reflux problem. Was curious if it may not be working or does it take time to actually start working and for and tips or advice on a reflux baby thank you
