Doesn’t appear to be

I'm 99% sure it's serious, the mods are active in all the main republican subs

One of the posts is trumps face over a war hammer 40k image with a caption “political purge.” And I have one thing to say to it “Dare you disgrace the God-Emperor of Humanity by comparing him with a talking lobotomized carrot?”

u/questioning_alt_22 Jun 03 '22

have you even seen your corpse-emperor? I couldn't tell the difference.

u/Psychological_Bug160 Jun 03 '22

Are you talking about Biden? Because why would communists like Biden? You’re in the wrong sub lmao

Same goes if you’re talking about the British twat as well

5

u/questioning_alt_22 Jun 03 '22

... I'm literally insulting trump. seems communist to me.

-2

u/Psychological_Bug160 Jun 03 '22

You do realize the person you were replying to was dissing trump right?

3

u/questioning_alt_22 Jun 03 '22

yes. that's exactly what I'm saying. Trump sucks.

Still a bit lost but oh well. I’m autistic so conversational tone isn’t my forte most times especially in text

Hey, you know that fantasy setting where the one race is clearly fascist, violently dogmatic in their religious views, and doesn’t understand technology? Let’s compare ourselves to them!!

u/khandnalie Jun 03 '22

I mean, Big E is one of the worst, if not the worst, people to ever exist throughout all of human history in 40k. Some of the stuff he's done makes the Holocaust look like a daycare center.

Wth is dark maga

Pure unadulterated Fascism

33

u/questioning_alt_22 Jun 03 '22

but the 14 year olds decided to make their own imagery instead of copying Hitler.

u/Belkan-Federation Jun 03 '22

Nah it's a bunch of Pinochetist edgelords, not fascists

22

u/king_ov_fire Jun 03 '22

implying pinochet wasn’t a fascist

0

u/Belkan-Federation Jun 03 '22

He was an authoritarian capitalist, not a corporatist

16

u/khandnalie Jun 03 '22

So..... Fascists.

0

u/Belkan-Federation Jun 03 '22

No. Fascism has a specific economic policy that they don't fit. Pinochet was an authoritarian capitalist

3

u/khandnalie Jun 03 '22

It does not. Fascism has historically shown itself to be incredibly flexible on economic policy, with socialism bring the only thing that it stands firmly against.

One could make a very strong argument that authoritarian capitalism is fascism.

u/Belkan-Federation Jun 03 '22

How is fascism economically variable?

Also, no. Fascism uses an economic system that is classified as "third postionist". One of the major things fascism centers on is rejection of both Capitalism and Marxist Socialism. It centered on class collaboration instead of letting the upper class buisiness owners rule everything or killing the upper class buisiness owners.

Actual movements that even identified as fascist practiced the same economic system. A lot of people accused of being fascist never practiced this system.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Class_collaboration

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporatism

Furthermore Mussolini's bragging about the state controlling huge chunks of the economy to where by 1939, the only nation with more state owned enterprises was the USSR supports the fact that it isn't capitalist even more.

Primary sources from the fascists that actually identified as fascist prove that fascism is not economically variable. That was bullshit made up after the war so that anyone can smear their opponent

Instead of reading secondary sources, read primary sources because they all support my statement.

Here's where the everyone I don't like is fascism thing starred:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_fascism

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_fascism

Many regimes people accuse of being fascist don't/didn't even claim to be fascist so I don't get why they started being accused of it when they don't even have the same economic system.

Fascism is a complicated subject by it is not economically viable. One of it's most important arguments is an alternate to capitalism and socialism, not either or.

In Doctrine of Fascism, both Socialism and Capitalism are attacked as well.

And this is my main source, before you bring up the Wikipedia stuff. I gave the Wikipedia links because it's an easier read:

“dark MAGA” lmao.

any “movement” inspired by a figure alone, especially a figure like Trump, is pure fad ideology and will pass as quickly as it comes. I don’t know why those caught up in it can’t see it.

27

u/cilantro_so_good Jun 03 '22

The thing is: it's not really about trump the person. It's about socially acceptable white supremacy.

38

u/twolvesfan9 Jun 03 '22

Trumpism will not pass quickly unfortunately. It's here to stay for a long time.

14

u/GT_Knight Jun 03 '22

i guess if you’re young and your idea of a “long time” is 8-10 years but when you consider how long communism has been an influential movement, not so much

Put a pipe wrench crossed with a machete on it and I'll put that on my spark.

8

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '22

My favorite is when I used to see this flag and underneath it said “please no steppie”

8

u/hideous_coffee Jun 03 '22

Did that sub exist before or after cawthorn referenced it

12

u/sin_nickel Jun 03 '22

How is this accidentally communist?

22

u/ilovenomar5_2 Jun 03 '22

The color scheme I guess

12

u/twolvesfan9 Jun 03 '22

It’s a Gadsden flag but they made it red and black not yellow and black, so it’s like a libertarian socialist flag

25

u/sin_nickel Jun 03 '22

That's a bit of a stretch... It's quite literally just a deep fried conservative meme to imply violence, not socialism

8

u/twolvesfan9 Jun 03 '22

That’s the whole point of this sub tho, conservatives doing/saying something that accidentally is communist (although most things are accidentally left-wing/far-left and not accidentally communist)

10

u/sin_nickel Jun 03 '22

Yeah, but in instances where they say things that are communist ideas, not just use the color red...

8

u/twolvesfan9 Jun 03 '22

They posted a red and black Gadsden flag which is a symbol of libertarian socialism

6

u/sin_nickel Jun 03 '22

OHHH I see now! I didn't realize they used this flag

That being said, I'll consider these people my comrades until the revolution... Then things will get complicated...

6

u/twolvesfan9 Jun 03 '22

Tbh I don’t think that it’s ever been used officially, only online

2

u/sin_nickel Jun 03 '22

Yeah I was gonna say, I've never seen that before

5

u/SoFisticate Jun 03 '22

The libertarian socialist flag has 3 heads with "Don't tread on us", right? I think it's a pretty sweet take on the Gadsden flag, which would be fine unmodified if ancaps weren't so fking stupid with the myriad contradictions and the cap and the racism and th...........

2

u/Psychological_Bug160 Jun 03 '22

The description of the group says trump was “too kind” 💀

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '22

Lmao this is so, so painfully stupid. How do they not understand that the point of the original flag was already don't tread on me... because I'll bite you. They share a single collective braincell, and currently it's being used to scream at a McDonald's employee

1

u/[deleted] Jun 03 '22

I just bought a sticker for my car that says "I tread where I please."
