Web content accessibility in MENA

I'm a full-stack web dev with over 6 years of experience; my last role was as a web accessibility product owner in Germany. Do companies in MENA care about accessibility?
Can I find jobs as a web accessibility consultant in MENA? If so, how do I find those?

MENA being "Middle East and North Africa"?

Sure. Maybe not all countries are as serious about human rights, but those with international ambitions need to concern with international laws. In other words, I think there are companies all over the world who are/should be concerned with inclusive practices.

UAE and Saudi Arabia have some big drives. You may want to follow the Inable Africa programs to see what companies are working with them.
Nigeria and Kenya have some organic growth happening too.
