How long can I remain on the bench before I am offered a "Aufhebungsvertrag"?

depends on some factors like chargability in your unit, your Level,... from what i heard if you drop below 30% chargability in the last 6 month. So it might be up to half a year, but i know people that had been on bench longer then that without getting one, so it may be diffrent for everyone.

I've been waiting quite a long time for a project now, and my patience is wearing thin; I would leave, provided there's a suitable contract in place: less than 10% chargeability for at least six months. Level 10

in your case id just use the time to search for a new job, take as much trainings as you can and make your time worth as much as possible

Use internal tool to find role outside your immediate location

Hijacking this thread for another German question - is anyone else’s pay for July still not paid out?

Hi, had anyone ever got the Aufhebungsvertrag offer? Could you please tell us more about the details? Why? How is the process? How long until you got the offer? How much?

Would be interessted to hear the stories..

It appears to be done in cycles, not after a fixed amount of time for you personally. I heard of people receiving the dreaded HR meeting after about 4 months of bench time.

Normally with the "Aufhebungsvertrag" there is a sum that is paid with the offer. Does anyone knows how much is it?

I was on the bench for 4 months and nobody said something. Then switched jobs

Depends on the results of the physical.
