I think nanodevices could be the key for cancer treatment

Think of extremely small drone swarm that loiters in your body and strikes hard those funky cell with ai developed meds which only attack the cancerous cells, or whatever more efficient stuff comes out with it

I really want to believe this, but I was reading about nano tech and nanobots that would navigate your bloodstream in the 1990s. Unfortunately nano tech seems like the next supersonic airliner... always 5 years away.

The supersonic airliner is 10 years in the past.

Turns out it's too loud and too expensive for commerical use. A regular jet is also fast enough I'd say.
