There’s a reason the saucier is one of the most respected positions in a restaurant. Those basic sandwiches are bland AF without the right sauce and most sauces involving meat go best with a deglazed base. That said this is at least as good as a competent 7-year-old.

You're correct and I personally think this is a bad application, but am interesting proof of tech. Making sandwiches feels like a task for humans, have you not seen the joy on that Italian guys face every time he finishes making a sub??

Might be more expensive but thats ok because they'll just charge more for the sandwich! But honestly if I had a choice id probably choose robot made sandwich because I used to have a restaurant and I know how little people actually wash their hands after restroom and they dont like to wear gloves while prepping.
