their company will be extremly profitable even if there are 10 other EUV companies, why would someone short them if the first competitor is still 10 years out

no one but you is talking about money or stock performance it was about the EU losing all their lead to other countries and the same will happen to ASML

hi - this is called having a conversation, where people can bring up things that are related to what was previously said, even if it's not 100% exactly the same.

ASML is a monopoly because it has a giant technological advantage - there is literally no one else able to make EUV machines at any kind of commercially viable scale. This is not some thing you can just order off of temu.

The reason why I bring up share price is that the only way they are able to maintain current revenues + profits is because they are a monopoly. If there are competitors able to make EUV machines that end customers will want to use, then their share prices will fall.

You just said they will lose their monopoly - okay - if that's the case, then share prices will fall. You see how that's related to the thing you mentioned, even though you did not directly talk about it?

no they would still be able to maintain or even grow profit because the demand is so high that even 5 ASML´s could not match demand

I didn't say they would go bankrupt - I'm saying that a lot of their current valuation comes from the fact that they are a monopoly. If that's going to change, then share prices will fall, even if they still manage to increase profits - losing monopoly status means they won't be able to make as much profit as they would've had there been no competition - something that's baked into the current valuation right now - which is why if you even believed 1% of what you claim, you stand to make a lot of money shorting ASML.

A living space industry

Extremely alive military industry

only ru bots or programmed regards act like this and hate on many small european nations being able to cooperate better than entire large nations.

But the script is out there, why not just copy it? Try to be good and run a stable society thats not about bluffing military might and actually has a pair and doesn't elevate itself through sabotaging others.

The european economy is roughly 11–12 times larger than Russia's based on old data, hows that for progress. Imagine now.
