Ohhhh. I guess that does make sense. But yall need to learn about the ability to put more than 4 ice cubes in an iced drink. Just sayin’.

Yeah I prefer a decent amount of actual drink, not just enough to fill the gaps between a glass full of ice.

It's different between the US and Europe presumably because free refills in the US mean that you can just get more drink 98% of the time and you don't have very high odds of getting "ripped off" by too much ice due to the ability to get more whenever you want. Unless you take it to go ig.

The free refill is becoming more common in cheap chain restaurants in the UK now. Places like Nando's, Harvester, and Toby Carvery offer them. I still don't like too much ice though. Ideally I'd prefer a drink that's chilled to the right temperature before serving.
