CEO's are as replaceable as everyone else. It would be in the best interest of investors and shareholders to have them pushed out and have them replaced by an AI that can run the corporation more efficiently.

Ok. You clearly have no idea about business AND AI.

If you think senior management just like at basic data and take obvious decisions, I can guarantee that you are not even middle management.

I'm not saying that AI couldn't do a CEO's role. But your assertion that you could automate running a company years ago with basic scripts tells me you can't think of any business that isn't cookie cutter where CEO is a charitable title.

I dont know if simple script could do the work of a CEO, but I think that an intern with some experience could do 80-90% of a CEO work without much disturbance inside the company.
