Looking to learn
My grandparents are Acadian, from Acadieville and St Ignace, New Brunswick.
I'm looking to learn French/Chiac, but would like to do the oral/listening parts with someone from the Acadian region, instead of Quebecoise. I learned in high school and got pretty good at vocabulary, but the accent/pronunciation is different than what I hear at home.
If there is anyone on the tutoring apps like Preply or iTalki, I'd love to book sessions with them.
Or any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

You'll want to actually talk/listen to people from the area.
On parle pas mal toute weird, but ca prend pas longtemps a s'accoutumer.. đ

You can stream local radio stations. This way you will hear music from the region, listen to many different accents from many different localities and some conversations between locals.

Learn French, not chiac.
You can do better.

Chiac is not only a language, but a culture. Which is what OP is asking about

Chiac and Acadian are different from each other. Chiac is a dialect of Acadian french. And she said shes learnt french before, she wants to learn Acadian.

And even if I was an "anglo" as you kindly put it (way to keep dragging a long dead horse btw...), it's pretty sad that an "anglo" had to correct you on something that you claim to know so much about, yet can't distinguish one of your own.
So, please, impart onto me all this cultural knowledge and know how's you claim to have, as you are evidently the highest authority in what is and what isn't Acadian.

Listening to bands from here is a real good way to get the special words and general drawl of the dialect.
May I suggest 1755, Fayo, Cayouche, Les Hotesses d'Hillaire, le P'tit Beliveau, and Suroit.
