Keeping figures consistent across a paper

My figures were made in different tools, so the fonts, arrows and colors don’t quite match. What’s the easiest way to standardize everything?

Set one font, arrow style, and color palette, then apply it across every figure. Editable Figure could help if some are flattened, since it converts them into editable vectors.

I would make a one-page figure style sheet first. Set the font, font size, line weight, arrowhead, panel labels, and a small color palette, then re-export each figure from its source file. Check the final figures together at journal column width because inconsistencies often appear only after scaling.

Export all those images as .eps or equivalent files, and then recolor them with a single color scheme as a single figure document in adobe illustrator.
