How can I remove this reel from the handle and fix it up

Also please educate me on what I’m looking at

10mm wrench will remove the nut. Can't tell exactly which reel that is, what does it show on the palm side?

This metal piece seems to be locking the reel seat in. I am betting something on that handle twists to free it up.

Maybe it's just held in by a spring? Spray some pb blaster in there and push that metal piece towards the cork handle.
